Start With a Buck!

For years, I couldn't find a job. I applied for jobs I should have easily gotten, and was not hired. What work I could find caused me to be around people I didn't like, and wear clothes I didn't like. I missed my family, I was tired, I had to drive in traffic and then pay way too much for parking, or deal with the challenges of alternate (slower, less convenient, and cheaper) transportation. At the end of the month, I had saved nothing, and it was time to do it all over. What fun!

I became inspired to be self-employed, and despite it being challenging, I replaced that unsatisfying daily worklife with a new life.

These days, I get up when I want most days. I have stuff to do, but I decide what time of day and which days to do it. Among other benefits, I decide if I want to make more or less profit this month. I decide what to wear every day, and I commute less than one mile to my office. I choose which clients to work with, which people to work around, and which meetings to go to.

I did this with almost no money (less than $100), no related degree, and never having done the work before. I've not borrowed any money to fund my business, and in less than 2 years, it became a self-sustaining revenue stream. Best of all, it pays more than any job I could get! It doesn't need my day-to-day attention, and it's growing. This is the third time I've done this, so now I know I've found a certain way and that's why I'm sharing this. Without proof of concept, I didn't have much. Find out more below.

From Wikipedia, "The American Dream is a set of ideals in which freedom includes the opportunity for prosperity and success, and an upward social mobility for the family and children, achieved through hard work in a society with few barriers. In the definition of the American Dream by James Truslow Adams in 1931, "life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement" regardless of social class or circumstances of birth."

Your situation is unlikely to be worse than mine. I had (and still have) every reason not to be successful at achieving what I already have. If I can do it, probably so can you.

We are blind to the obstacles!

I used to think that an obstacle was something in my way that I could see, like a fallen tree branch. I found out that it's more like having fake images of the world glued to your eyeballs, like those spies do to security cameras to fool them. Or in this case, it's something you can feel but don't see, and it's stopping you from going after those crazy big dreams, like gravity stops you from leaping over trees. Through some of our country's greatest minds, I've developed the ability to peel back some of the transparent layers of business which most people are stopped by, without even knowing why.    Click here to continue

In 2008, years after finishing my master's degree, and donating 6 years of my life to the mortgage industry, I was finally making the kind of money people dream of, and more than I ever thought I would. I saved nothing, and lost it all. My house was in foreclosure for the 2nd time, and I had no way out. I floundered, lost and broke for years. Several bad turns hit me in a row. I was so down, I literally started writing a blog about my suffering just to keep sane.

The job market killed me. I had been self employed for a decade and I simply didn't fit the employee mold. I could get low paying jobs, but the higher paying ones could all see that I would take over their job if they hired me, or I'd try and run their company. I was a sad panda because we were broke, and I just wanted a job and a steady paycheck for my family! Alas, it was all up to me to accomplish a herculean task.

Starting from being seriously in debt, I had to find a way to create $5,000/month without a job. I have PTSD from those years!

Everything changed in January 2014. That's when the magic started working!
I saved our home, took my kids on vacation, took a month off work, and now I WILL NEVER NEED A JOB AGAIN! (neither will my wife, or my kids)

When I lost everything the first time in 2008, I thought I could just go do it again. I was right, but it took 8 hard years. I didn't realize that I'd be walking the desert alone. What I've come to find out is that

there are actual steps you can take to free yourself of the need to work a regular job.

How I did it was by using Eastern wisdom I learned in Acupuncture School, combined with personal coaching by Inc Magazine's declared #1 small business guru, Michael Gerber and several other noteworthy people. One of my close mentors was one of my former employees. Besides being a national champion wrestler and bodybuilder, he was my top producer and formerly owned a succesful company himself. Between these sources and many years of grinding,

not only did I discover how to solve my money problems, but my days are free, I'm free.

I created a continuing source of revenue from nothing, that pays the bills and only needs me part-time on my own schedule.
Don't you want to know how I did it?

If you're tired of being broke, drinking the cheapest beer, or if you've been an inspired entrepreneur but have not had success, or if you're a millenial and you simply cannot figure out how to afford your own place, risk one stinking dollar to see if what I have to say is for real. Because it is!

Why the dollar gimick?

I used to see this guy on Mercer st with a sign that said "Why lie? I need a beer!" And he would dance and pretend to drink the sign. I appreciated his creativity. That alone was worth the buck. Just the smile was worth it. Here, I'm offering to tell you what I wish someone would have said to me 20 years ago before my partner died. Before I lied to my family. Before I got successful and stupid. Before I lost it all, over and over. For just a buck. After studying the richest and most powerful men in America, Napoleon Hill said "Faith is the only known antidote to failure" and Faith in this context is defined as "believing in that which does not yet exist." I used to think someone would hear me on the phone one day and be so impressed with me that they would offer me a high paying job. That call never came. But I kept believing, and when I got inspired to create my own source of money, that came to fruition. You deserve a real opportunity, and believing in goodness is part of the formula for getting the results.    Click here to continue
